A lyrical concertino in three movements for trumpet and small orchestra.
Movement 1: "Introduction - Fantasia" virtuosic and singable movement where soloist and orchestra spontaneously comment on each other Movement 2: Aria - "bel canto"-like movement with sudden shifts and tempo changes Movement 3: Scherzo - a bubbly and playful movement
Commissioned by the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra and dedicated to trumpeter Filip Draglund.
