Value added tax (VAT) is included in the prices. For customers who do not have to pay VAT, the actual price excluding VAT is displayed at checkout.
Shipping is added based on weight, delivery method and recipient country. The shipping cost is shown in the shopping cart and checkout.
We apply a tiered discount - if you buy at least ten copies of an item (article number), you will receive a discount on that item. The discount increases gradually the more copies you buy. (More information here.)
Customers who are entitled to a special discount (retailers) see the discount in the shopping cart and checkout, but the regular price is always shown in search results and on product pages. These customers are not offered free shipping even if they pay by card.
