Arrangement for SATB and piano. This is a revised version of the edition previously published by the Swedish Choral Association.
The original title is Ellen's Dritter Gesang , originally written for soprano and piano in 1825. The original text is taken from Adam Storck's German translation of the English poem cycle The Lady of the Lake by Sir Walter Scott. The Latin prayer Ave Maria was later added to this music.
