Stilla min eld is a newly recorded opera in two acts (opera tragica) that tells the possible story behind the black headlines about Eva Rausing's death in 2012 and her marriage to her husband Hans Kristian Rausing, grandson of the Swedish Tetrapak founder. The opera takes place from the time of Eva's death until the scandalous truth is revealed that Hans K has hidden her body upstairs in their London palace and lived locked in with her for two months.

The drama
The only people he sees regularly are his housekeepers - who, however, do not have access to the upper floor - and a langur he has met in a park and whom he cannot live without. It is a story about being struck by grief, not being able to accept the death of the one you love, and then having the means to deny and try to defy the irreversible.
In the transgression, their lives are unrolled and a touching love story is made visible between two living, searching but broken people in the highest society, who cannot live up to the expectations of the outside world and lose themselves in drug abuse; a misguided revolt against the inherited conventions which are at the same time the prerequisite for their expansive lives.
A disgraceful family tragedy that unfolds right before the eyes of the merciless British press and that they could not stop, despite love, tenderness and humor and that they fight the drug demons to one day be reunited with their beloved children.
