In Preludium you play with hands and pedal from the first time. At the same time, the movements can be varied and studied at the piano. Preludium 3 contains well-known melodies, themes, fugues and excerpts from classical works. Prelude 3 can be studied chronologically, but also in such a way that one takes pieces from different parts of the book. Hymns in particular may be appropriate to include throughout the year. Psalm spill is emphasized because that is what we use the organ for the most. Getting to know our psalm collection and participating in the church service is also a central element in the faith education work in the congregations. In addition, emphasis is placed on polyphonic movements such as fugue and invensjon in order to get a gradual introduction to this funny form of composition. The book is divided into sections so that the student can set interim goals. Each chapter is named after a voice in the organ.
