Johan Ullén's One Last Tango premiered in London
On Thursday, June 12, the BBC Concert Orchestra premiered the work, which they call "a dazzling new showpiece." One Last Tango is subtitled Apocalypse and is a sensual orchestral dance on the brink of the abyss.
The fifteen-minute orchestral work One Last Tango is a commission from BBC 3 and was premiered by the BBC Concert Orchestra at the Southbank Centre in London as the conclusion of a program of music by Sibelius and Piazolla, conducted by Anna-Maria Helsing.
