Mathias Algotsson is active as a pianist, composer and arranger and since graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in 1996 has played around the world with well-known names such as Barbara Hendricks, Magnus Lindgren, Margareta Bengtson and Rigmor Gustafsson. Mathias has written music for Gustaf Sjökvist's Kammarkör and St. Göran's Kammarkör and has also been awarded "Dompan's golden sax" as the only non-saxophonist to receive the Arne Domnerus jazz prize.
