Composer Susanna Lindmark is often inspired by the northern mountain world, by nature and the people who live there. For the rhythmically joyful composition Fjällvind, she has chosen a poem by the Sami poet Paulus Utsi.
The music, commissioned by Framnäs Folkhögskola in 2015, is written for four-part mixed choir, soprano sax, double bass and percussion.
