Anne-Lise's central idea is to stimulate and motivate with a focus that develops musical talent and gives the student personal tools. She has drawn inspiration from the sports world where focus, motivation and group identity are central concepts. The creative process, which characterizes all artistic practice, is given place in the learning process where it can produce dynamic effects.
