God in Disguise is one of Swedish choral music's truly great classics. For the first time, the orchestral movement for God in Disguise has been transcribed for organ. For those of you who have longed to perform the piece but haven't had the resources or for those of you who have simply longed to play it on the organ. A version that gives more people the opportunity to sing one of our most beloved choral pieces. It also provides an opportunity to perform the work in a new way and based on new conditions. Perhaps the work is performed not just once but several times? The transcription is written for two-manual organ. In some cases, different gaming options are specified. In this way, you can adjust the level of difficulty according to your will and ability. Johannes Landgren (b. 1961), professor of organ and organ improvisation at the University of Stage and Music, freelance organist and conductor and researcher at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Gothenburg, is responsible for the transcription.
