The right to vote is about children's right to music on children's terms and to make their voice heard - in many different ways. Using your voice requires being able to sing out, with confidence and on your own voice's terms.

The book deals with areas such as the children's voice in relation to the adult voice, children's participation and influence and how the preschool song collection can be developed into an inclusive and creative music session. Here are concrete tips on how to play with your voice and dare to sing - both as an adult and a child. The book also contains lots of rhythmic-inspired games and activities.

Films that belong to the book can be found below or here .

Voting is aimed at those who work with children and music in preschools, cultural schools or other contexts where you play music with children. Inspiration and more on this topic can be found on KMA's project page Singing children.

Rösträtt is the official signature song of the voting rights project, a song with a nice reggae swing. You can find it here .

The book Rösträtt is the result of the project of the same name, which was carried out in 2011-2014 in a collaboration between Malmö University, UNGiKÖR and Rörelsen Gatans Röst & Ansikte with the support of the Allmänna arvsfonden.
