Hide and Seek is written and performed by Imogen Heap, 2005. The text is multi-layered and deliberately abstract so that we who hear it give it meaning ourselves. People around the world have made widely different interpretations of what it is really about, for example the holocaust, the extermination of indigenous people in the United States or the more personal experience of a child's parents' divorce. Jan Yngwe has arranged this song for mixed choir a cappella.

In September 2015, the CD Urgency of Now (Footprint Records) was released with the choir Vocal Art Ensemble of Sweden and the conductor Jan Yngwe, where Hide and Seek can be heard.
