The original work for organ and orchestra was first performed in connection with the opening of the Piteå Festspel 2013. Gustaf Sjökvist conductor, Gabriella Sjöström organ and the Norrbotten Chamber Orchestra performed the work in Studio Acusticum and at Orgel Acusticum.
This version for organ was later recorded by Nils Lindberg for James D. Hicks, who shows great interest in organ music from the Nordics. The piece can be heard on Nordic Journey, Volume V-Many Landscapes.
