When I close my eyes, I dream of peace consists of two parts. In the first part we hear a united choir in a Swedish folk troll, to see in the second part the choir split into six groups that sing in different languages, melodies inspired by the respective musical traditions.
Karin Rehnqvist calls this work a peace project, and leaves it open to use additional language and perform the work in part or in its entirety.
