The main focus of "Praise and Thanks for Organ II" lies in the 19th century repertoire. At its center are choral settings for the "Hymns of Praise" and "Praise and Thanksgiving" from the German Protestant Hymnbook as well as the "Praise and Thanks" section from the German Catholic Hymnbook. Tried and tested freely-composed organ works are also included, such as Christian Fink's “Festpostludium” op. 63 and chorale fantasias.
