blockfløjt.nu is the first part of a recorder school where the traditional playing book is only part of the whole concept. A CD is included and there is a website linked to the playbook.
The playbook contains many well-known melodies from various genres, mixed with new melodies as well as imitation and improvisation exercises. All the melodies are recorded on the CD. The recorder part can be removed by panning out one stereo channel with the balance control. If balance control is missing, one speaker can be disconnected.
On the website www.blockflojt.nu there are detailed theory pages with facts, exercises and tests. There is also recorder history, care advice and tips etc
