Armenohi Hakobyan has been working as a piano teacher since 1990. She has studied piano and piano pedagogy with Margareta Strömblad and composer Mats Persson at SMI, Stockholm's Music Education Institute. At the time of the book's publication, she was active in Sundbyberg's Music School and Järlahuset's Music School.
