The clarinet duets in this booklet, which can be used with advantage in teaching at the municipal music school, are made so that the melody is consistently found in the first movement. The melodies can thus be played as solo pieces.
When the clarinet is tuned in Bb, the chord indications are notated a full step below the melody, i.e. for chordal instruments tuned in C, e.g. piano and guitar.
