Jacob Mühlrad is referred to in the media as a "shooting star" among young composers. He was the youngest composer ever to have a work performed at the Royal Opera House, and he has since received several exciting commissions of different nature.
In this choral work for mixed choir and string ensemble, Mühlrad uses some comforting lines from the Book of Revelation,
Death shall be no more, and sorrow and lamentation and pain shall be no more. A commissioned piece by Petri Sångare with premiere on November 20, 2016 in St. Petri church in Malmö.
